Mines uncapping flags

I’ve found proof of mines uncapping flags. Watch the right bottom spot.

Can speed it up a lot, it’s quite noticeable. Twice in the game white (there is no player with that color) decaps the southeast flag.

Unfortunately it seems entirely unreproducable (except in the replay) - mines don’t uncap flags when I try in SP, and BrainDamage and I tried to set up a similar situation with a player leaving etc., but we also couldn’t get it reproduced.

In other words, just posting it here in case anyone is really bored and wants to dig deep inside Spring/LuaRules code to see what exactly is happening in this replay. Or maybe someone has a bright idea :slight_smile:
